Any new features, upgrades, variations or new packages which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
Lifetime Activation reserves the right at its absolute and sole discretion to vary, modify, delete, update or suspend this Terms of Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice to you. As such, you understand and acknowledge that it is your duty to review these Terms of Service on a regular basis.
Should you breach any of these Terms of Service, Lifetime Activation shall have the exclusive sole and absolute right to terminate, discontinue or withdraw the provision of the Service to you. In the event of a breach by you, Lifetime Activation reserves its right to pursue any remedy or relief as so far as permitted by law, which includes but is not limited to injunction, damages and/or specific performance.

The services provided by Lifetime Activation are made available and is accessible via this website.
The services currently provided by Lifetime Activation include but shall not be limited to the following (the “Service”): Product keys sales and / or any other service made available by Lifetime Activation from time to time.
You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. Parental consent is needed or involvement shall be required in the event that you have not attained the age of 18.
You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the purchase process. All information provided by you shall be true, accurate, current and complete.
Delivery/Shipping Method
All orders are processed within 5 minutes, but it may take up to 6 hours if you place your order while stock is out, orders are sent electronically via email without any fee. We don’t send a Physical products.

Products Guarantees & Refunds
Most products come with a two-year warranty period where the Lifetime Activation can replace or full refund any installation or activation reason.
If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.
If you received an incorrect product, or if the key code has not been activated, a refund/replace is possible.
If the activation cannot be completed for some unknown reasons, contact us within 72 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
If you encounter any difficulties with the product you purchased, contact us first with a description of your problem along with screenshots or photos taken by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians who will help you install and activate the software properly with our totally Free Remote Assistance Service via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Your request will be eligible for a refund in the rare cases where our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Orders Cancellation
Lifetime Activation reserves the right to cancel any incoming order which it might be believed to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorised / fraud payment etc.). Similar paid orders are refunded and the goods are not delivered.
Lifetime Activation reserves the right to cancel any incoming order that may be deemed suspicious in nature (e.g. unauthorized/fraudulent payment etc.). Refunds will be given for similar orders and goods will not be delivered.
At our discretion, we can cancel orders for customers only if the order has not been delivered via the online automated delivery system.
We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the delivery email of purchased software, as there is no way to re-sell that item.
Other General Conditions
All prices are charged in USD (U.S. dollar). Product prices that are listed on our website in currencies other than USD are accurate exchange rates to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but only serve as an estimate due to exchange rate fluctuations. When you purchase the item, you will be charged in USD regardless.
Lifetime Activation reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time. Lifetime Activation will not be liable to you or any third-party in the event that Lifetime Activation exercises its right to modify, suspend or terminate the Service or any part thereof.
Lifetime Activation reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You expressly understand and agree that Lifetime Activation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
We try our best to deliver all products on time, however; in the unlikely event of a product or service being delivered later than promised, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not already received the item. This does not however entitle you to any form of additional compensation for ‘damages’ or any other reason. You agree that only a full refund would be applicable, without any form of additional compensation or interest.
